Return and Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, if you change your mind, we strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible.

Unprocessed Orders: If your order has not been processed, you may contact us at support@byeache.com to cancel it and receive a full refund. We will reply within 1–2 business days.

Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to intercept it. You will need to apply for a return after receiving the goods, subject to our return conditions below.

In-Transit Orders: We strictly do not accept cancellation, return, or refund requests for orders that are already in transit and still within our stated delivery timeframe.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the product. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
To protect our customers and adhere to strict health and safety standards, we accept returns and exchanges strictly under the following conditions:

Condition Requirements: Items must be in brand-new, original, and perfect condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Hygiene and Packaging Integrity (Strictly Enforced): Due to the nature of our home products, items that are vacuum-sealed, rolled, or compressed for shipping are fundamentally altered once opened. For hygiene reasons, these products CANNOT be returned or exchanged once opened, unsealed, or removed from their original packaging, unless the product is defective.

Subjective Comfort: Please note that personal preferences regarding firmness, softness, or general comfort are highly subjective and do not constitute a manufacturing defect. Returns for these reasons are treated as "change of mind" and are only accepted if the item is entirely unopened.
Exceptions – We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

Products that are not damaged or defective and have been opened or unsealed from their original packaging.

Customized items.

Any items clearly marked as non-returnable or "Final Sale."
Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective (manufacturing or quality issues), or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that evidence (photos/videos) will be required.
3. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us First: Within 30 days of receiving the item, email support@byeache.com with your order number and a brief return or exchange request.

Provide Evidence: You must include clear photos of the received item showing its current condition. For "change of mind" returns, your photos must clearly show that the vacuum seal and original packaging are 100% intact and unopened.

Approval: After we confirm your request (within 1–2 business days), we will provide the authorized return address. Unapproved returns (returns sent without contacting us first) will be rejected and disposed of without a refund.

Shipping Back: Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return inside your return package.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure the packaging is truly unopened or to verify the defect. We will process your request within 1–5 business days and notify you by email.
Shipping Costs Responsibility:

Customer Responsibility: If the return/exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, subjective comfort), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Our Responsibility: If the return/exchange is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Method & Dispute Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approval & Processing: If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 1–3 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees under any circumstances.

Rejection: If a returned item is found to be opened, used, or lacking its original sealed packaging (without a valid defect), the refund will be denied.

Shipping and handling fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Chargeback & Dispute Notice: We maintain comprehensive records of order details, delivery status, and our clearly stated Return Policy. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms. Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming an item is "not as described" when it simply was opened and cannot be returned under this policy) will be actively disputed with your bank or payment gateway using your agreement to these terms as evidence.
